I’m Kriss, a Fractional CHRO and Leadership Coach with 7+ years of experience in Organisational Development, and HR Strategy & Operations with a strong focus on Leadership.

I lead The Leadershift Studio as a hands-on partner to founders and leadership teams navigating growth, and organisational complexity by helping them build the structures, and leadership practices needed to bring clarity and focus.

The Leadershift Studio isn't just a collective of interdisciplinary professionals but a Learning Lab & Development Studio, bringing new insights and methods to the world of Leadership.
