I work with organisations and L&D teams at moments when learning needs to do more than check a box. With over 20 years of experience in professional, technical, and medical education, I help diagnose what is actually not working, design what is genuinely needed, and build the frameworks to measure whether it made a difference.

Educational Strategy & Program Design
Most training problems are diagnosed too late — or not diagnosed at all. Before any design work begins, I ask the question most providers skip: is this actually a learning problem? Performance gaps are frequently caused by unclear processes, missing tools, or motivational factors that no training program will fix.
When the diagnosis confirms a learning need, I design solutions grounded in adult learning principles, instructional design methodology (ADDIE, SAM), and a lean, structured approach that keeps development focused and measurable.
Key outcomes:
-
Accurate needs analysis before any design investment is made
-
Training programs that address the real root cause
-
Clear learning objectives aligned to business goals
-
Scalable design frameworks that work across teams and regions
Learning Measurement & Evaluation
Completion rates and smile sheets are not evidence of impact. I help organisations build evaluation frameworks grounded in Kirkpatrick’s four levels — defining what success looks like before development begins and building in the mechanisms to measure it throughout.
Key outcomes:
-
Meaningful success metrics defined at each level of evaluation
-
Evaluation plans integrated into programme design from the start
-
Ability to demonstrate training ROI to leadership and stakeholders
-
Clear identification of why existing programmes are or are not delivering
Process & Quality in Education
Fragmented training, inconsistent standards, and missing governance structures are common in organisations that have grown faster than their L&D infrastructure. Drawing on Lean and Six Sigma principles, I help build frameworks that ensure alignment, coherence, and continuous improvement across learning initiatives — including multi-language, multi-region rollouts and regulatory compliance requirements.
Key outcomes:
-
Governance structures that bring consistency across programmes
-
Scalable approval and compliance processes
-
Continuous improvement strategy for educational activities
-
Training that reaches the intended audience and sustains its impact
Learning Program Development
From e-learning to in-person training, blended programmes to microlearning — I support organisations in developing content that is engaging, accurate, and built to last. I work directly with subject matter experts or independently, depending on what your team needs.
Key outcomes:
-
Content development from design through implementation
-
Modern formats including e-learning, blended, and classroom
-
Refresh and redesign of existing materials
-
Practical tools for SMEs involved in content development
Train-the-Trainer & Instructional Design Training
Subject matter expertise does not automatically translate into effective teaching. I equip educators, facilitators, and SMEs with the practical skills to deliver high-impact learning — covering facilitation methodology, learner engagement, communication, and content structure.
For teams new to T&E roles, I provide hands-on guidance in needs analysis, learning objective design, and content development — building internal capability rather than dependency.
Key outcomes:
-
Confident, effective facilitators across your organisation
-
Internal teams capable of developing sound training materials
-
Consistent facilitation standards across programmes and regions
Team Building & Development
A group of individuals is not automatically a team. I support organisations in building the communication, trust, and shared ways of working that make teams function — particularly following reorganisations, rapid growth, or structural change. Using DISCflex assessments and facilitated interventions, I work on the interpersonal and structural dynamics that affect performance.
Key outcomes:
-
Improved communication and collaboration within teams
-
Role clarity and shared accountability
-
Reduced friction and stronger working relationships
-
Foundation for a positive learning culture
Individual & Leadership Coaching
ICF certification in progress — completion end 2026
I work with individuals navigating professional transitions, new responsibilities, or the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Using a structured, ICF-aligned coaching approach and DISCflex assessments, I support clients in developing clarity, self-awareness, and the practical strategies to move forward with confidence.
Key outcomes:
-
Greater clarity on professional goals and priorities
-
Stronger self-awareness through behavioural profiling (DISCflex)
-
Practical strategies for navigating change and complexity
-
Accountability and momentum between sessions
