In todays’ quantitative focused economy, I challenge, structure and guide people and strategy to focus on quality and survival. The boundaries of our economic system lay in its resources: financial, natural and human. Up to us to define tomorrow’s new Value and prepare for it. To do so, I work according to the following concepts, axes of business development improvement and sustainability.

Client and employee Satisfaction
Alignment between values, needs and meaning improves satisfaction and is a powerful asset of recognition. Understanding profoundly the common good values inside the business and externally will improve focus. If future focus is clear we are able to align behaviours and culture with our daily actions and responsibilities.
Key Outcomes
-
Increased client satisfaction and therefor demand for products, services;
-
Improved employee’s satisfaction and therefor performance;
-
Upgraded stakeholders’ relations.
Competitiveness
To be ahead of the curve starts with critical thinking. Visionary, innovative thinking is opposite from daily on speed-driven deliverables. Building future-focussed teams, decision-making processus and intelligence derives from a calm, steady helicopter view. Such conscious view will bring new perspectives upwards business modelling, consumer demands and approaches to management, leadership. As a fractional executive I connect new meaning to business survival by reaching evolutive, systems’ thinking solutions.
Key Outcomes
-
Ahead of the curve business planning – long term planning inclusive to the sustainability intangibles;
-
Improved readiness for next generations’ challenges and business;
-
Plans for alignment of organisation, strategy and people. Preparedness for AI.
Innovation
Trust, transparency and being responsible for our actions will not only protect our reputation but also generate a flourishing, balanced society. Such values-based society will have positive impact on our economies and business. Planning for such short- and long-term demands for a structured agenda and priority setting. Financial drivers are key but need to be completed with sustainability intangibles, like nature inclusivity, human well-being, risk management and overall common good care. I support such universal intelligence complexity to be an integrative part of the business roots, its strategy, people, business model, services and products.
Key Outcomes
-
Strategic planning process improvement;
-
Short-term deliverables and long-term care become integrated part of operations, behaviour, culture;
-
A common ground of values, the living culture is the way of doing business.
My work typically combines:
-
My extensive experiences working with Founders, Chief Executives and C-level directors;
-
Being on ease to listen, be discrete, influence, build trust and carefully advise as part of the team;
-
Bringing strategic foresight, financial analytical capabilities and sustainability expertise to guide organisations via structure and human care through the actual challenging global agenda;
-
I thrive at the intersection of strategic planning, change management and sustainability, where clear thinking, empathy, and rigorous execution are required. Being part of the existing team is crucial to succeed.
